Workout, eat well, and enjoy the sweet things in life, like the aforementioned desserts. ESPECIALLY at a birthday party or something. I see so many posts of girls stressing about going to parties where OMG THERE MIGHT BE CAKE HOW HORRIBLE. Oftentimes at their own birthday parties.
You’ve earned it, you awesome workout monster, stop beating yourself up about eating it, and just enjoy.
