Hey y’all! I’m Hannah and I’m an 18 year old college student in Texas.
I do MMA, mainly ground stuff like wrestling, BJJ, and other forms of grappling, and I also started rowing after a knee injury this past August that’s keeping me out of MMA until mid-January. I’m a pretty competitive person, so I hope to compete in both sports as soon as I can!
I’m also new to lifting, so I’ll be tracking my foray into that as well.
I’m not really about weight loss, and I’m actually trying to add some muscle weight to my 5’4, 118 pound frame for competition reasons, but I’m really trying to get better about what I eat and learning as much as I can about nutrition.
